After we create your custom design, we’ll email you an outline preview. You’ll have 24 hours to request any adjustments, and please note that we can only make changes once.

The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:

• USA: 3–7 business days
• UK: 3–8 business days
• Germany: 3–7 business days
• International: 9–20 business days

We ship worldwide except Afghanistan, Belarus, Brazil, Brunei, Chad, Ecuador, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Myanmar (Burma), Niue, North Korea, Palestine, Russia, Samoa, Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Yemen.

Also, please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.
