Can i preview the design for outlined photo product?
After we create your custom design, we’ll email you an outline preview. You’ll have 24 hours to request any adjustments, and please note that we can only make changes once.
When will I get my order?
The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–7 business days*
- UK: 3–8 business days
- Germany: 3–7 business days
- International: 9–20 business days
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide except Afghanistan, Belarus, Brazil, Brunei, Chad, Ecuador, Iran, Iraq, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Myanmar (Burma), Niue, North Korea, Palestine, Russia, Samoa, Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Yemen.
Where do you ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@gymool.com with your order number.

Who will see the uploaded photo?
At Gymool, only our artists will see your photo, and once your order is processed, it’s permanently deleted. If any issue arises, a team member may review it to ensure top quality. Your privacy and security are our top priorities. Feel free to blur your face before uploading if you prefer. We're here to create the most special gym gift of a lifetime! 💪🎁😊
Can I have my order posted on social media?
We do our best to get pictures of all orders, but with so many orders, it can be a bit tricky to find them all. We’ll definitely do our best to get your order posted! Meanwhile, feel free to tag us on social media when you receive your order—we love seeing our customers' photos and always try to repost them. Thanks so much for your understanding! 🌟😊
